Places of Interest - Blue Parrot Komodo

KOMODO DRAGONS, SNORKELLING ON THE ISLANDS AND GREAT ADVENTURE-
In Labuan Bajo it’s possible to organize many one day komodo adventure trips with snorkelling at various places included – a great day adventure or a trip that can last for many days trip that takes you to Komodo, Rinca Island, snorkelling with the manta rays, watching the flight of the flying foxes by the thousands in their nightly ritual flight to the mainland from their home island of Kalong.

You can do this either through the many tour operators in Labuan Bajo at a price per person, usually around Rp350,000 (can sometimes get Rp300,000) for a day trip to see the komodo dragons on Rinca island and snorkel at two other places.

You could also charter one of many types of boats. The price will depend on how many days, how far, how big the boat is and how nice the boat….the Phinisi boat is a beautiful traditional boat with sails.

Local Night Market – best place to mingle, eat
grilled fish and local cuisine. Perfect for getting right into the culture. It’s very close to us.

Si tratta di un piccolo hotel con solo tre camere da letto, situato in una zona molto comoda, a soli cinque minuti a piedi dal centro città e dal mercato del pesce, in salita. La camera era spaziosa e pulita, e il letto grande e comodo.

La colazione era semplice, ma molto buona.

Ciò che ci ha colpito di più è stato l'atteggiamento del personale, in particolare del direttore, un'ottima persona, di buon cuore. Consigliamo vivamente di prenotare questo hotel in anticipo, poiché il numero di camere è molto limitato. Torneremo sicuramente qui se avremo la possibilità di tornare a Labuan Bajo.

Une adresse sympa,bon rapport qualité prix. Petit déjeuner très copieux. Ils sont très accordant.  Une bonne adresse à 10 min du centre ville et du port.
